"Toast of Petaluma" is Petaluma΄s own Toastmasters International club! Our club’s mission is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.

 

We meet twice a month at 7:15 PM sharp on the first and third Thursdays at the Petaluma Community Center at Lucchesi Park. Visitors are always welcome. Each meeting typically features two short prepared speeches (approximately 5-7 minutes long), a practice session for shorter (1-2 minute) impromptu speeches, and supportive evaluations. Meetings end at 8:45 PM.

 

On the third Thursday of every month after Toast of Petaluma's club meeting, there is an optional post-meeting social which occurs at a local Petaluma restaurant.
